These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Flatixel ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of Facturmax, regarding your use of the Facturmax web application and desktop application (collectively, the "Application" or "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the desktop application, or accessing any part of the Service, you represent that:

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We will never ask for your password via email or support communications. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You may delete your account at any time through the Application settings. Upon deletion, your account and all associated cloud data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Flatixel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Application strictly for your personal or internal business purposes on the number of devices permitted by your subscription plan.

Facturmax may offer both free and paid subscription plans. The features available under each plan are described on our website and within the Application. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue plan features at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with Facturmax within 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support@facturmax.com. Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day period or for renewals of existing subscriptions except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@facturmax.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of any price increase to your registered email address before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Application after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you input into Facturmax, including invoices, client information, and business records ("User Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over your User Content.
By using the Application in Online Mode, you grant Flatixel a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for:
Facturmax is a tool to assist in the creation of invoices. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters relating to your specific legal and financial obligations.
While we maintain cloud backups for Online Mode users, you are strongly advised to regularly export your data using the export functionality available in the Application. We recommend exporting your data at least monthly. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from technical failures, account deletion, or discontinuation of the Service.
You agree to use Facturmax only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You expressly agree that you will not use the Application to:
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where required.
The Application, including its design, code, features, user interface, graphics, logos, and all associated content created by Flatixel, is the exclusive intellectual property of Flatixel and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The name "Facturmax" and the Flatixel brand are proprietary and may not be used without our prior written consent.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Application ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, implement, and incorporate that Feedback into the Application without any obligation to compensate you.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLATIXEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flatixel and its owner, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
We aim to maintain high availability of the Application but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Application at any time. For material changes that significantly affect your use of the Application, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email or in-Application notification. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance.
In the event that we permanently discontinue the Application, we will provide users with at least 90 days advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to export their data before service termination.
The Application may rely on or integrate with third-party services for functionality such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and authentication. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services. Your use of any third-party services accessed through or in connection with Facturmax is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Application. When we make material changes, we will:

Any claim arising from your use of the Application must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flatixel regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Flatixel to be effective.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
