PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING FACTURMAX. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE APPLICATION.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Flatixel ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of Facturmax, regarding your use of the Facturmax web application and desktop application (collectively, the "Application" or "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the desktop application, or accessing any part of the Service, you represent that:
Facturmax is an invoice creation and management application that allows users to create, manage, and export professional invoices and financial documents.
To access the full features of Facturmax in Online Mode, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We will never ask for your password via email or support communications.
You may delete your account at any time through the Application settings. Upon deletion, your account and all associated cloud data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Flatixel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree that you will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application.
Facturmax may offer both free and paid subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify plan features at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. Contact support@facturmax.com to request a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days written notice.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you input into Facturmax. We claim no intellectual property rights over your User Content.
By using the Application in Online Mode, you grant Flatixel a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all documents you create using the Application. Facturmax does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
You are strongly advised to regularly export your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures or account deletion.
You agree to use Facturmax only for lawful purposes. You may not create fraudulent invoices, facilitate financial crime, or violate any applicable law.
The Application and its content are the exclusive intellectual property of Flatixel, protected by applicable laws. The name "Facturmax" may not be used without our prior written consent.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FLATIXEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flatixel from claims arising out of your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Application may rely on third-party services for cloud infrastructure and payment processing. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable international software licensing principles. Disputes should first be reported to support@facturmax.com.
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
